We work with your operations team to map daily, weekly, and seasonal fuel consumption across your fleet, equipment, and generators. We build a replenishment schedule that maintains a safe buffer stock at all times.
Based on your consumption rate and delivery lead time to your location, we establish a minimum stock level. When your inventory approaches that threshold, replenishment is triggered automatically, without you needing to place an order.
Our logistics team dispatches a replenishment delivery on the pre-agreed schedule. You receive a delivery notification, a metered delivery note, and an updated inventory report after each dispatch.
