  • Quote requests and enquiries that did not result in a transaction: Retained for 12 months from the date of the enquiry, then deleted.
  • Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymised form only after 26 months.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus 3 years for evidence of consent.
